Payments

• A deposit may be required to begin a project.

• Invoices are issued based on project milestones or completion.

• Payments are due as stated on the invoice.

• Deposits and payments are non-refundable once work has begun.

Late payments may result in project delays or cancellation.

Project Timelines

 

Project timelines are estimates and depend on timely communication, content delivery, and client feedback. Delays caused by the client may impact the original timeline.

Intellectual Property

 

All content, designs, and materials created by Ascendflo LLC remain our intellectual property until the final payment is received in full. Once payment is complete, the client is granted full rights to use the final deliverables.

Limitation of Liability

Ascendflo LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

We do not guarantee specific results from marketing, SEO, or other digital strategies.

Third-Party Services

• Hosting providers

• Payoneer for payments

• Future integrations such as Stripe may be added

• Google services (Analytics, Fonts, etc.)

• WordPress plugins and themes

Ascendflo LLC is not responsible for the policies or downtime of third-party services.

Termination

 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services at any time for violations of these terms, non-payment, or abusive behavior.

Upon termination, the client remains responsible for all outstanding payments.
