AscendFlo provides web design, branding, digital marketing, and related digital services to businesses. All services are offered based on the scope agreed upon during consultation and proposal approval.
Deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined prior to the start of each project.
2. Payments & Billing
Payments for AscendFlo services are processed securely through third-party payment providers, including but not limited to Payoneer.
- All payments must be made according to the agreed payment terms.
- Fees are non-refundable once work has started, unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Clients are responsible for any transaction or currency conversion fees charged by payment providers.
3. Project Ownership & Access
Upon full payment:
- Clients receive full access to their website, domain (if purchased by the client), and WordPress administration.
- AscendFlo does not claim ownership of client websites, branding, or content once final delivery is completed.
- Third-party licenses, hosting, or tools may be subject to their own terms.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information, content, and materials required for the project.
- Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner.
- Ensure they have rights to any materials they provide.
Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines.
5. Revisions & Modifications
Reasonable revisions are included based on the agreed scope. Requests outside the original scope may require additional fees and timeline adjustments.
6. Limitation of Liability
AscendFlo is not liable for:
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
- Website downtime caused by hosting providers, third-party services, or external factors.
- Actions taken by search engines, platforms, or advertising networks.
All services are provided “as is” without guarantees of specific business results.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Any completed work up to the termination date must be paid in full.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
